Maurício A. S. Peixer, Bio Technical Director, is a veterinarian graduated from Universidade Estadual de Lages (State University of Lages); MSc in Molecular Pathology, College of Medicine of University of Brasilia; specialized in Animal Reproduction, Union Nationale des Coopératives Agricoles d'Elevage et d'Insémination Animale - UNCEIA  (France - 1994) (French National Union of Animal Insemination and Breeding Co-operatives), where he implemented and established the techniques of ovum pick up and in vitro fertilization, producing the first French calves using this technique.

In Brazil, in 1993, he took part in the project that resulted in the birth of the first Bos indicus bovine produced in vitro in the world. In 1995, he established the ovum pick up technique in bovines, what made possible the commercial IVF in Brazil. At the beginning of the 90’s, he took part in the implementation of the project of production of bovine embryos in vitro for the Laboratório de Reprodução Animal da EMBRAPA – Recursos Genéticos e Biotecnologia (Animal Reproduction Laboratory - Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Center - EMBRAPA).

Luís Mauro Valadão Queiroz,Administrative Director, is a veterinarian, graduated from Federal University of Uberlândia; MSc in Animal Reproduction, University of São Paulo and EMBRAPA – Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Center – EMBRAPA, when he developed the pioneering project of bovine embryos cloning in Brazil. He presented the first works of animals cloning of Latin America. In 1994, he started his work in in vitro fertilization in Animal Reproduction Laboratory - Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Center - EMBRAPA. In 1998, he attended the International Course of Production of Transgenic Animals, in Buenos Aires.

In the period between 1999 and 2001, he was the Veterinary Course Coordinator at Faculdades Integradas do Planalto Central and professor of Biochemistry and Physiopathology of the Reproduction.

Gilmar M. Santana ,Technical Director, is a veterinarian graduated from Federal University of Lavras. In 2000, he presented a work in ultra-structural analysis of bovine oocytes at University of Brasilia (UnB) and Animal Reproduction Laboratory - Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Center – EMBRAPA.

During his graduation he took part in works, and presented them, in the area of semen freezing and artificial insemination of fishes and cooling and freezing of boar semen.

Patrícia Furtado Malard , Financial Director, is a veterinary graduated from Federal University of Minas Gerais; MSc in Animal Reproduction, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG 2000) - (Federal University of Minas Gerais), when presented the pioneering work of IVF using oocytes of two-months-old calves. The result was the birth of the first calf in Latin America from the calf oocytes by IVF technique. During her graduation, took part in several works in the areas of morphology and maternal recognition of the gestation, and published them.
Between 1999 and 2001, she was the Veterinary Course Extension Coordinator at Central and professor of Cytology, Histology and Embryology and Physiopathology of the Reproduction.
Currently, she is a professor of Cytology, Histology and Embryology at Faculdade da Terra de Brasília.

Thomaz G. Montello ,Consultant in Veterinary Clinic, he is a veterinarian graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense; master in Veterinary Sports Medicine, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2003). Veterinarian of the Brazilian Olympic Committee, technical responsible of the National Equestrian Confederation and technical member of the International Equestrian Federation.
